Recently the dual head/nozzle of my Topeak JoeBlow Sports Pump became clogged, I believe with slime.
I found them on the web and gave Todson a call. While I bought the pump almost 3 years ago, and it had clogged by my own error, there was never even a question asked. They got my name and address, and 3 days later, at absolutely no cost, I have a replacement head/nozzle.
The pump now works great again.
Thanks, Todson/Topeak!!

Ok, I had a problem with a Topeak handlebar bag, I used it on one tour and it just did not perform as it should have, as it always fell onto my front tire. It had a poorly engineered attachment system, and they knew it. Todson/Topeak said it would take two weeks to replace and told me to contact their distributor in Canada, as that is where I had bought it. Well everyone at both Todson and their Canadian distributor were nice about it at first, then they would not respond to my e-mail or phone calls - until they lost my order! Well in the end, it took them over six months for them to replace the bag. Then they wanted to charge me for all the shipping and the bag they sent me was a small one, when I had bought the large! Oh yeah and then, it sat at my LBS for a while because no one contacted me to tell me that it was ready to be picked up! I think it had to do more with the Canadian distributor then Todson, but they could have replaced my bag sooner then that and now I won’t buy Topeak products any longer because of this.
I am glad you had good service.

It's good stuff, too. The Joe Blow pumps are the standard, IMO. I also use a Topeak Road frame pump, and multi-tool. Clever designs, well implemented and supported.

My Joe Blow Sport pump suddenly stopped working, so I called Todson support and left a message. A few hours later a gentleman named Dick called back and walked me through the repair. The pump was in fact fine, but my seven year-old had taken the check valve out and put it back in backwards. The morale of the story: I received outstanding customer service from Topeak, and if they sold cars, I'd be the first in line to by one. These guys are great. A+
Topeak's customer service was great to me. They've earned my loyalty.
