Several guys will be riding from my house tonight at 6:00pm, just a couple of miles from the Trailhead. If anyone is interested, pm me. We'll probably do the last 7 miles, in River Legacy twice, which makes the ride about 42 miles.

Damn I got to start checking this in the morning. I got in my best ride yet. Did my first 100K. well only 61 miles but close enough. Did you see all the dead snakes out there? Thought that was kind of strange.

Rode out there last night, didn't see the snakes though. Were they in the park? How was the 100K. Did you ride at the park the whole time, or take a different route?

They where on the 7 mile trail in the park. It was just kind of strange, I saw around 5 or 6. The 100K went alright, Until the last 8 miles. I cramped up worse than I ever have. Had to stop for a second and walk around. Did really good for the first 50 miles held a good pace. Those last 8 miles and heading back to my car I looked like crap, rode at a mind numbing 10 mph.:p I stayed in the park for most of it, also kind of just rode around. Little sore today.

I rode my longest ride so far in the Peach Pedal. 42 miles! I was and still am a little proud of myself. My longest before that was 31 miles. In the Peach Pedal, I rode 42 miles in 2 hrs. 58 mins. My average speed was 14.2 mph. I think that's decent since I've only been riding since April. (37 years old, 5'10" and 162 lbs). :D

Hey guys, go here www.bikely.com You can create your own riding routes using google maps. It even shows mileage, elevation, etc. It's one of the coolest websites I've ever seen. Check it out.
