Let's make a central list of weekly drop in rides and around Victoria BC (for spring / summer 2007). Being new to the area and in the service industry (which makes it hard to commit to one group)...I think having a list would make it easy to find group rides (I assume I'm not the only one in this position).

Time. Place and Level.

For example. I heard from a fellow roadie there is a 9:30 ride on Sundays from the Tillicum mall? Can anyone confirm this?

Monday 6:00 Riders Cycles.

Fast (lots of old pro's apparently)

oak bay bikes has a saturday road ride that leaves the shop at 9am. it's fast and long, but the group usually divides into two sections depending on who shows up. lots of spandexy fun. there is a women's ride on monday nights, too-- also fast, but only 1 1/2 hours, usually.
