I just ordered some stuff for the first time from BeyondBikes.com almost 2 weeks ago, and it still hasn't come. I e-mailed customer service on Monday asking if they had shipped it yet, and all I got was a quick e-mail reply:

"They should go out by Tuesday. Should be there by Friday."

They have a UPS tracking service from their website, and when I try to track my order with the tracking number they gave me, it says "Unable to track shipment # ..........."
So I e-mailed them again this morning (Thursday) to see if they had shipped it yet, and no reply.

I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them, and if I should call in to cancel my order and go through JensonUSA or Pricepoint instead. I realize that sometimes people make mistakes, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt for a few more days....

I believe the guy that runs it hangs out at Ridemonkey. Post something there and you 'might' get a response. But sorry I have never personally ordered from them.
