Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Im looking at BMX bikes on dans comp. I just want to get INTO BMX. so nothing over 230. Preferably under 200. I know its not a lot of money but I can get a hella beter BMX bike for that price then a mountain bike. Please link me to it. Im purchasing from danscomp.com, ONLY unless you can find another store that ships to canada. Note: im 13 and im 5' 6"
Thanks

your most likely going to get your head bitten off for that double thread post. also, almost everyone will tell you to buy the dk sixpack.

Ok seriously stop posting the same thread over and over again. There really is no need, we've told you what to get so take it as we've said

Don't create any more threads unless it's about a different topic that has not already been made a couple hundred thousand times. Thank you.

Just as you said about mountain bikes, if you dont pay a lot you dont get a lot. A cheap bmx bike is just as bad as a cheap mountain bike. my bike cost me just short of 900$ and with repairs/replacing parts its cost me like 1400$-1600$. Mountain biking isnt the only sport with expensive bikes, and honestly if your actually oing to use this bike for anything more than riding down the street, i wouldnt settle for anything less than the DK Six Pack.

I found someone on pinkbike.com that might trade this fro my ironhorse Assault FR1. Considering that both have ROUGHLY the same reatil value. Is this a OKAY bike to START with... Nothing crazy. Just to get a feel for the sport
