Hi has anyone done this ride and if so, can you let me know how it was, such as hills, the terraine difference between 25 & 50 miles?
Thanks ~ JoAnn

Can you post some details - I haven't but it sounds like fun!
I've done the 62 mile route the last two years. It's northern Long Island, so it is hilly. I'm pretty sure the 25 mile route is relatively flat, though

thanks for posting the link.
I live on the south shore and pretty much do most of my riding there. I have done the Bloomin Metric. I just want to be prepared should I choose the 50, how the hills are compared to the BM. I just do not want to take on more than I can handle. I do not know what roads they use or I would go check it out before hand as I might be riding this solo.
Thanks much ~ JoAnn
That sounds like fun - I'd be up for that!
the ride sounds cool, but my tour de cure is that day. maybe next year.

I think it is already marked on the roads with a M. I seem to remember seeing them coming down Muttontown road. Might be worth checking out.
As it is the North shore you are going to have hills, but nothing you couldn't handle if you did a metric century. IMHO.
