"The 33"-Road Bike Racing - COX dropping OLN on regular cable in my market, still on digital

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I have no idea whether this goes beyond my local market, but COX Cable is dropping OLN from regular cable service. I don't know when the change actually takes place. It is apparently still included in the digital cable lineup. Looks like that is the incentive I have been waiting for to make the change.

I just thought I would mention this as a heads up for other grand tour addicts like me while there is time to check on it in your area.
Regards,
Raymond

If you find yourself losing OLN, you may want to consider getting a satellite dish. I have DISH Network and own one of their receivers that records up to 60 hours of programming on it's internal hard drive. I recorded every stage of the Giro d'Italia and loved it because there was no tape to mess with.

Sounds like a sneaky plan from the cable company. Time to get a dish.
