train for C.C. in Future

Hey is anyone going to start training in the upcomig months of whenever one would train for the cyclocross season. I'm a resident of Ventura County and i would like to check in out this winter when the road seen dies down. Anyway if anyone have a response for the no so distint future, or your training all ready let me know.

I'm doing base mileage, mostly trail riding on the cross and mountain bikes to stay out of the sun. Just doing a small bit of jogging to adapt the feet and legs to the concept of working off the bike.

Basically I'm on a long slow ramp up to September when I'll lay on some intensity.

Just finished base. Doing some intensity now and throwing in a bit of low priority racing on the road.
