what makes this bar any better than the 5 dollar flat bar from your local shop/free flat bar from someone's old mtb they're giving away on craigslist? or whatever you can work...

Especially when you're just going to chop off the part where it says Nitto anyway.

I got one at American Cyclery in San Francisco last week. In 26.0 as well. Its waaaay thicker than the other flat aluminum bars Ive had. Took me forever to cut off the part that said Nitto on it........
