Someone here in Latvia has asked me to recommend an internet forum for his 12 year boy to practice writing his English. The boy speaks very good English, but needs more experience with writing. He likes science, cars, video games, and all the standard 12 year old boy stuff.

Fake money, I pm'd you the info. A friend and I had a dispute on who was better at the internet and decided to see who could make $5000 on the site first, we both gave up at around a grand and a half.
