Hi! I'm getting passionate about vintage bikes, but I am just taking my first steps.
What do you guys think about this particular primato frame? is 400 $ too much for it?

If it comes with a fork (is that what's sticking out the bottom of the headtube?), and it isn't rusty or dented, then yes, $400 is totally worth it, if you can afford it. Never fall in love with a rusty frame, unless it's real cheap.
