i learned alot of things visiting this site so thought id stop by and say hi,

just picked up a 07 cannondale bad boy last month, ive put close to 200 miles on it.

ive put a brooks champion flyer, and shawlbe marathon plus tires on it. learned alot of what i needed to get by visiting here.

ive been commuting 25 miles (round trip to work), and really like your commuting and clydesdale sections, (im 5'9 230) looking foward to being closer to 200 lbs by the end of the year.

looking foward to looking back on this thread once ive lost the weight,,

Hello viros20, I've been reading some of your other posts, and hope that you've gotten your girlfriend into enjoying the cycling. If you've been out there every day with her she should be getting used to riding by now.

my how things have changed, I weigh 160 now and im a Cat IV racer soon to be cat III. I now ride a caad9 waiting on deliver for my new s works tarmac next month. Im in the best shape of my life, all this from buying a bicycle.
