OK M.E., put me down for this one.
Since some of my SFVBC buds are riding it I'm just going to blend in.
 And no, you don't blend, but I will only see you all of two minutes before you drop me like a badly micorwaved potato. :D

I have that ... but what I was hoping for was an elevation profile. If no one has done it, no problem.
we just don't want to give it to you.

Looks like there will be 3 of us total. Sorry, the wives didn't want to go.

Update on the lunch spot. I talked to Francis just now, and he does not recommend the Great Onion. Therefore, we are going to Ranchero, which is between the Great Onion and the Green Onion.
Here is a link for directions and their menu: http://www.sangabrielvalleymenus.com/ranchero/rancheroduarte.htm
I have updated the OP as well.

Hey, any time estimates for different places? I'm going to be working at some point tomorrow for sure, but I don't know when. I'd like to try to catch you guys for a stretch at least.

Sorry, Grasshopper, but I got nothing. I climb at whatever pace my legs are up to on any given day. :o

What about you, ME. I know, I have issues ... I guess you'll have to say I got up early just due to the excitement and anticipation for this ride ...

No, not insane. 10 hrs work + 4-5 hour bike ride + laundry/household chores + bike shop visit + grocery shopping = getting up at 3:30am to fit everything in. :o

Tired! Sore, tired, dead legs! But that's a good thing. :) I had never ridden Hwy 39 or little GMR before so I didn't know what to expect but it turned out to be a nice route. GMR up to Cow Saddle was waaaaay longer than I ever remember it being. I lost count how many times I told myself it's gotta be around the next bend. By the time I finally got to Baldy Lodge restaurant I was wiped out so didn't even attempt the ski lifts. After a quick bite and water my buddies and I headed straight down Baldy Rd and back to the park. It was nice meeting some other forumites and a tough but fun ride. Sorry, no pics here. Now I'm off to take a nap. :)
Ride Time: 3:50:08
Miles: 57.69
Avg: 15.0mph
