Avid BB5 Disc Brake Adjustment

Hi all,

I've just bought a cross bike with Avid BB5 Disc Brakes on it. I'm unsure how to adjust them correctly. Somehow I've managed to screw up the front so that the pads are rubbing. It's the pad (nearest the dropout) that isn't adjusted with the inner dial that I'm confused about. Any thoughts?
