Kitchener Waterloo lost a cylist on Tuesday May 8. At 31 years of age Jake Sauer, cycling enthusiast, father, husband, brother, friend and all round good guy died. 4 days earlier he found out he had lukemia. 4 days...can you believe that? Jake loved cycling, I know it made his life better. He loved to race, he loved to ride with his family and friends...he was a cyclist!! So, get out this weekend and dedicate a section of your ride to Jake, or someone close to you. Ponder the fragility of life and make every pedal stroke count...if that is what you want to do. There is no better place to think then on a long solo ride. http://www.waterloocyclingclub.org/news/news.asp?itemID=611
