Training & Nutrition - Good Cycling Related Exercise Articles

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I ran across these articles that are pretty good relating to weight training for cyclists. Enjoy!

Nice - I'm a big fan of lunges, myself.
I can't say I'm a "fan" of lunges as they are pretty tough. :-) The step ups are also excellent as they have a lot of carryover to the cycling motion. Deadlifts (all forms) are also great for posterior chain and hamstring development.
