Hi Folks,

The bicycle club I help run is interested in buying several custom bicycle jerseys with our logo. I know that there are a number of places where we can have them made, including Voler (Velowear), Louis Garneau, and Descente among others.

Another nearby cycling organization received an order of custom jerseys recently, and had some problems including the fact that several jerseys were smaller than expected. They eventually got some of them replaced but the response from the company was not very good. The situation was hard on the person who did all the arrangements.

If you have had good dealings with a particular company getting custom bicycle jerseys made, please let me know. We already have our logo and design, so it's just a matter of putting the details together and placing the order.

To place an order with Champion System you only need to order 10 of any same-style main item (jerseys, jackets, vests, shorts, tights, knickers, skinsuits) to get started. After that, you can order any main item one-at-a-time.

That's right, you can order items ONE AT A TIME as long as you are ordering at least 10 of any same-style item. Finally, your time trial teammate can order one long sleeve skinsuit and your teammate that trains all winter can order one pair of custom fleece bib tights.

I'm in the middle of doing jerseys for Team Navy's RAGBRAI jerseys. I went with Primal. Min order of 25, unlimited colors, even photographs! So far I've been very happy with their service and response to artwork issues and "re-do's". Should get a mockup jersey next week and finals come next month.
