Mountain Biking - Psylo XC spring

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I just got a 2003 Psylo XC that I need to change the springs from medium
to firm. I'm wondering if I can just remove and replace the springs
without a complete disassembly of the fork. The RockShox service guide
is for a complete disassembly, but it appears that you can just r&r the
springs. Anyone done this?

Yep, it's pretty easy.
Do you have your new springs yet?
When you get them, PM me and I'll walk you through the process.
BTW, I've got the Psylo SL and it's the same technique, so relax, grab a beer and start typing!

Nope, haven't gotten the springs yet. Hopefully this week. I'll let you know when I receive them.
