Well I am 4 months away from my yearly MS 150 ride and I have not logged enough training miles yet.

So today I will embark on my 4 month ass kicking 200 mile a week shred the fat leg blow out marathon.

I just want everyone to know that I will be leaving Clydesdale status in a couple of weeks like always when I train like this.

I just want to be reassured that I will still be accepted in this elite group while I journey to the sub 200 side, I will be able to sleep better at night knowing that you guys will still accept me as a clydesdale.;)

Rock on! I'm right there with you, it's time for some ass-kicking. After my first 100 mile week, I'm going to make this my first 150 mile week. Then 200.. then..... who knows :D

bdinger: I had read that it is not advisable to increase milage more than 10 percent per week. Not trying to pull you down, just hope you stay healthy and reach your goals.

Thanks for the support and I'm glad I'm not alone (bdinger).

I rode 31.5 miles this morning and my computer said I burnt up 1399 calories, not sure how accurate bike computers are.
