wat size front ring do u recommend for mountain cross? i was thinkin about gettin a MRP mini with a 32t. good choice??

It really depends on your own strength. I would start with a normal middle ring (32) and then figure out which gearing works best for you. If you are strong and quick you may want bigger. But again this is based on your strength ...

aight thanks...but as far as tensioners go....should i get the MRP mini mi? if not wat else?

To be honest I haven't had a chance to use both. I am sure both will suffice though.
