I considered breaking it apart and using it as ninja throwing stars.
Are there other suggestions?

weld up some "ART"for a show prize---modify them for large cog rear hubs, wind chimes---who knows???
Our Xmas tree this year featured a well-worn D/A 16t cog.

Disc brake rotors make the best ninja stars. Just cut the ring of the spokes and spladah! An 8" disc makes the best throwing star.

Or you could get a disc that already has points.
