Celiac Disease, a total gluten intolerance, auto-immune disorder affects nearly one in every 100 of us, yet is less understood and much less publicized and very much less funded for research than say, MS.
My daughter and I leave June 12th to fly to Portland, Oregon and ride back to Delaware to publicize the facts and the problems facing those with Celiac Disease (Celiacs). One difficulty is finding grain-free, gluten-free food along the way.
