Mountain Biking - Full Face Helmets

ive been riding pretty competitive for 2 months now and I havent used a helmet. partially because im a poor undergraduate and also because i like the freedom that helmets cant provide. ive made the decision that it's time to stop being a fool. i want an affordable full face helmet(the ones that protect your head and your teeth that dirtbikers use). are there any international retail chain stores that would carry them? i.e - dicks, etc? where did you get yours? are they comfortable? are reguar helmets that only protect the head better? where can i get innexpensive ones online besides ebay . thats all folks thank you

Any bike shop should at the very least be able to order you a fullface helmet. I know that Bell used to make a fullface helmet, but that was about 5 years ago, so I dunno if they still do.
