Hello!

I'm working on lengthening (or rather, torching out and replacing) the steerer tube on a steel Guerciotti fork I am adapting to fit into a 60cm, 1978 Guerciotti I am restoring. The fork I have has a steerer about an inch too short, hence the new steerer tube.

Although I have read up quite a bit on framebuilding, I am not too familiar with the suppliers of frame components. Would anyone here be able to recommend a supplier for 1" threaded (Italian or English) steerer tubes?

Thanks a bunch!

Take care,

-Kurt

Kurt,

I've ordered from Nova and found their shipping to be quick: http://www.novacycles.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=35_58_303

I've also had good service from http://www.henryjames.com/
