Week ago bought a 2nd tank, err....Steamroller! Love the color (if one were so inclined to love the color of their ride) it's a dark maroon, but the decals are too much. I hear heat guns are best, a given, but..Gun distance? Temp? Angles? Time to heat? Or at this point a learn as you go thing?

I have another steamroller and wrapped the decals with electrical tape and when I change parts of the decals come off, to my knowledge, the slowest way to remove a decal.

Advice - Gun distance? Temp? Angles? Time/Movement over decal?

is the decal under or over a clear coat?
if its over, you can try wd-40 and a soft scrubbing pad for dishes.
you might see where the decal was because the paint after the removal
might look dull.

If it's on top of the clear coat a hair dryer will work.

You could try it this way, too. I just did and it was REALLY EASY.

Def on top of the clear coat. Thanks for the advice.
