It seems like there is a new theft reported on Craigslist about every day. Some thefts are in broad daylight right in front of busy lunchtime cafes! Are things this bad in your Texas city/town too?

This bike was stolen in the Northwest area of Austin. The person/s who stole this bike live in the Southeast area of Austin along East Riverside Drive or East Oltorf. I will pay CASH for it's recovery and information of the identity of the person/s who stole this bike. The bike is blue and silver in color. It has a Polar cyclometer on the front stem.
