While I was in my favorite bike shop today, a gentleman in the store talking to the owner commented on my bike pump (A Topeak Road Morph)
I mentioned what a great pump it was, and what excellent customer service the company had, and the guy smiles really big, and say thanks, and that he really appreciates hearing how good they're doing. Turns out the guy is Stewart Goldsmith, Vice President of Marketing for Todson. :)
We talked for a few minutes about his company's reputation in the bicycling community, and the great products. Was a really nice guy and I'm glad I got the chance to talk to him.
