Bicycle Mechanics - How to Set up a Nashbar Computer

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I was given an older computer. It has only two buttons, cadence and wheel sensor.
I have no idea how to set it up. My wheels are 700x20.
If you know anything about this, please let me know.
Here is a picture of it.

Thanks,

That looks to me like a relabeled Cateye computer. Try to find a Cateye website. Find an on-line manual and follow those directions. My bet it that'll work.

If it is a Cat Eye, you can download a manual here:
http://www.cateye.com/en/manuals/66
However, I think it may be more like a relabeled Avocet computer. For Avocet manuals, try here:

Actually, it looks just like this one:

Good Luck!
