Hello there,
The part of the zipper in my wetsuit that connects both sides of the zipper teeth (sorry about the bad description; don't have a camera here handy) has detached one side of the teeth. The local shop suggests that I take it to a shoe/tailor shop that can unstitch the entire zipper portion and re-set the "closer".
Has this happened to anyone before, and would this be a good fix (i.e., will there be leaks afterwards)? Or am I hosed and need to buy a new wet suit? Thanks.
