the C.C.C stand for "Califonia Cost Classic" a charity ride of 8 days from SF to LA.

My Wife asked me what I would like to do for my 40th birthday (coming may 27), and as a new rider, I thought it will be amazing to do this charity ride.
I start riding about 7 month ago and I am a cycleholic; I just did my first century on 5/12 and I am sure I will be ready for the 500+ miles by Sept. 29 when the CCC begins.
But, I never raised money, so this part is even more new than riding for me.

Like anything new; its a bit scary & exiting in the same time...

BTW, took me few day to raise the amount required. It was fairly easy. Got luck with few emails to companies I am working with; the moment one company donated the other out-bid-it and it created some franzy...
