Hi there - i am into road cycling but been recently considereing getting a XC bike to train to finish a 12-hours race in 2008.
My idea was build a light XC bike - get a light hardtail frame, put a nice wheelset and a light suspension - oh and v-brakes not discs, since they're heavier.
But the question is, which bike/frame to choose?
It seems like all the nice frames these days are for disc brakes only...
If i end up going for a frame with disc brakes, would the Klein Attitude XX be a nice choice for XC marathons?
Cheers,
