Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. IS possible to build a wheel from usingk the hub for rear, to build wheel usingk the rear hub with spoke and rim tire and tube and to put in the front fork if for the rear hub is 10mm
and the front fork, 9mm, is shaved a bit to fit for it?

Elusor, I think you should put your location in your profile so that people will know that English is not your native language. It might make things go a bit smoother. :)
As for your question, I don't know why anyone would want to do what you are doing, but I'm sure it *could* be done, though not very efficient. And a decent front hub can be had for just a few dollars, so why waste a perfectly good rear hub. (?)

Not a good plan. Rear hubs are quite a bit wider so it won't fit easily between the fork blades.
