Road Cycling - Anyone have experience with Opus bikes?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I have seen quite a few Opus bikes around and I was wondering if anybody here had any info on them interms of quality etc...
Call the company and ask questions and you decide how you feel about the company.
Anyone one with money can buy bikes and sell them, but few are actually knowledgeable or are in the business for th elong run to develop a product or even the sport.
Well my LBS sells Opus and when looking for a road bike I ended up with one.
I ended up with one of these:
Opus Andante (http://www.opusbike.com/bike/andante/andantePic1.htm)
All I can say is I like the bike and it works for me.
The company is fairly new (3 years old according to my LBS) They were formed by someone from the leading bike/bike parts supplier in Canada.
The bike had a decent component mix and decent price and I like the ride.
All in all, try it out. Talk to some bike stores. They should be able to tell you more than I ever could :)
lnical.
the '87 Opus is a rare find these day's. Goes great with almost any food and a steal at $400 per bottle.
