Hey all.
Although you can get transportation for back to Seattle from Portland, apparently nothing is provided in the reverse direction. (Which makes sense, I suppose. People come from all over.) Anyways, I was wondering if anyone is driving up to Seattle, say, the day before and has room for one more person, plus my bike, of course. None of my friends are doing STP this year, so no catching rodes with them.
Alternately, are there any recommendations for transportation other than driving? I've taken the train to Seattle several times and it is quite enjoyable, however I believe I'd probably have to disassemble/pack my bike, and putting it together the day before the ride would be a major PITA.
Feel free to PM me if you have any suggestions or offers. Thanks a bunch!
EDIT: I'm skinny and don't take up much room :)
