I see after market brake pad manufactures like Koolstop sell pads compatible with Shimano and other pads compatible with Campagnolo 2000. Do either of these fit Tektro cartridge brakes?

Yes,
I also replaced the original pads that came in my Tektro RX40s with KoolStops to stop the grinding sounds and excessive wear!! Makes a big difference, better stopping power also.

Which Koolstop model? I don't know if they take the Campy or Shimano compatible Koolstops. I don't think Koolstop markets one for Tektro, I figure the Tektro's must be compatible with one of the others. I just don't know which one.

They take Shimano compatible pads.
