hey i was wondering how difficult it would be to fix a small crack on an 80's schwinn paramount track frame... the link to the picture is below.

You may want to post in the frame builders section, as well.

That is an odd place for a crack. I would be concerned with the joint it is coming from. Any idea how it happened?
