Mountain Biking - Dear Girlscout...Wednesday the beatdown begins

Just a reminder that a bunch of old guys (and gals) will lay the smack down on girlscout and his middle school basketball pals. We play them in a student/staff basketball game. Girlscout will be schooled by none other than his dear old dad (mtnbiker66). I will post pictures of the carnage sometime Wed. night.

I have been riding with him for the last three years and I hate to admit he doesn't go down too often. But, that doesn't have anything to do with the butt whuppin he will recieve this Wednesday during the B-ball game. I have no skills yet I will still beat him like a rented circus monkey.

I'm pulling for the 'scout on this one.

Usually I pull for the kids because the adults are out of shape. Given at least two adults will still be able to breathe after a couple of trips up and down the court, they get the advantage.

You guys need to remember kids that young intimidate easily after a couple of hard, flagrant fouls :).

The beat down was not too extreme. We won by 11 but I can't say anything. I only had about 6 points,girlscout had about 25 points. I'll admit that he's a much better b-baller than I am.

I could only come up with 6 playing 8th grade boys he put up 25.....playing adults. He sucks.

I played like crap but I recruited well. I picked enough ringers so that we could win the game despite my lack of talent. I am just thankful we won. Girlscout played his usually great game, even though I accidently kneed him in the thy, hit him in the mouth with my shoulder, and crushed his testicles with my hip. Other than that, I really took it easy on him. I will try and post some action pics tomorrow.

Ahh, no blood, no foul eh? :D People very much disliked my bony elbows.
