a singlespeed freewheel, skewer, someone to dish/space the wheel properly for chainline issues.

Bmx cog and a spoke wrench.

Cone wrenches, new spacers, a spoke wrench, BMX cog. Respace and redish.

some of those spokes look pretty rusted. Watch out for those, they could pop. Do those socks fit? I'm wondering if the heels are halfway up your calves? ;-)
