mountain equipment co-op has quite a bit of biking stuff and i am pretty sure shipping is free. good prices too.

Just compared some prices between those two, on the items I'm looking at bikeroom is wayyyy cheaper. IE Marz MX Comp ETA -> 400 at br, 570 at bc.

Yeah it is rare I order from bikecanada anymore but they 'can' be cheap. Just no on all items.
