Hello -

Just getting back into road biking after a 10 year lay-off (3 kids can do that to you) ...

Anyone from around this area look me up and we'll go riding!

Nobody? OK - I'll add more. I'm 43 years old, got back into road riding after getting into spinning this winter. Single Dad with 3 kids and have time to ride when the kids are with their Mom.

Been riding for 3 weeks now - goal is 100 miles/week this summer - so far, I am right on the mark.

Welcome to the forums.

Much info on these here boards. Way to maintain your goal. Keep it up! Drink lots of water and take it easy if you are riding today (esp. with weather!)

I did ride today - recommend that anyone add some Gatorade-type drink to their ride - I didn't and probably should have!
