Hi All,

Greeting from Perth Western Australia. This is my first post in this forum.

At 105kg and 190 cm I guess I fit into this Clydesdale category ( although I tend to think of it as the "power athlete" category lol).

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone out there ride a Scott Sportster hybrid?

If so can you tell me what you think about these bikes and what you use it for, commuting, off-road etc.

Cheers

Welcome. Don't have any experience on the Scott, but my LBS has them and they look very nice.

My road bike is a Scott Speedster S50 and I would have to say it is one of the better bikes that I have ridden. The only issue I had was the saddle and I changed that out before my first ride.

My LBS has a Scott Hybrid in the window that looks well built . Scott has been around forever in motorcross and bicycling. It is still one of the small companies left that has not been bought out by a larger named companies.

I also have a Giant FCR3 that I ride on long distant rides (200+ miles) and this bikes performs flawlessly also.
