Thank Goodness! You have just been saved a devistatingly boring drive through the entire width of North Dakota along I-94.

On the downside, you will miss the Cow on the hill to the south side of I-94 in some dinky town just west of Bismarck/Mandan. I think there's a big plastic buffalo in Jamestown too.

Consider yourself lucky.

Wasn't Fargo the destination of The Big Bopper and Richey Valens when they went down in the plane crash? Word has it they were pretty good.

As to the Movie Fargo...That is about Minnesota. The dude is from the Twin Cities and the action all takes place in Brainard. Even the scene outside the bar was filmed in Grand Forks, so the only thing related to Fargo from the movie is the name.
