That'll be the post peak-oil public transit vehicle of the future.

It's a lot better than that bus that has exercise bikes on it that don't run the bus.

The guy in the blue shirt who is sitting over the fender doesn't appear to have a crank to turn. Seems like he's getting a free ride, kind of like wheelsucking. :mad: ...:D
