I bought a used wheel (Fuji flip flop hub, some light butted spokes, Alex DA22 700c rim) for a really good price recently. The wheel was about 7-10mm out of true so I just trued it up (Which was a chore because of the high tension of the wheel...) anyways, after about 50miles or so its going out of true in the same area again.
My question is this: Should I detension, and re-tension/true the whole wheel?

I would probalby would. When it's loose, you can also run a straightedge aroudnd the rim and see if there's a bend anywhere you can take out of it. I recently hammered a rim between my workbench and a 2x4 and got it just about perfectly straight.
