Since we have our ride for 5/26, what about the rest of the weekend? Anyone have any rides planned for 5/27 or 5/28?

For Sunday, Uno, no, Dos, no, Tres Diablos! Mt. Diablo repeats - uggh, who thought of that? One of the TnT coaches, of course. I guess you do what you have to do to get ready for tougher rides.....

Monday will be a very sloooooow recovery ride day - Tunitas Creek followed by Tres Diablos will leave me barely able to walk.

On Sunday, I'm leading a ride around the coast for my regular riding group. Around the coastal hills of Half Moon Bay.

Sounds very interesting, pretty area, what kind of distance and level of hill difficulty?

I'll be up for that! But I'm not doing Welch Creek. You can go, and I'll wait at the bottom.

Well I dont really know. I like to start at the bottom of Mt Hamilton. I think its about 30 miles and a decent amount of climbing, some steep stuff, but not bad. I rode my fixie the first time I rode it. It is pretty on the back side, with a great view of the Valley from the top of Sierra. Then we finish off by riding through Alum Rock Park back to the bottom of Mt hamilton.

Welch Creek is the type of thing Vertical Bob might like. It just goes vertical. It's an out and back. Very painful.
