Hey all, just want to introduce myself here. I've always enjoyed sports. After High School I started enjoying girls and beer. I didn't do regular exercise for a long time. I hit 43 a few years back ans started to want to do the running a marathon thing. got hooked, got injured and got on a bike. Been doing it for close to 4 years now and enjoying it. Hope to learn and share what I know here.
