Breakfast:
1 very large trout. 1 russet potato fried with canola oil and 1 TBS bacon grease for flavor, I know, but boy was it good!.
Rode 12 mi.
Lunch:
1/3# Moose burger on the grill with romaine/tomato/and mayo, homemade sourdough.
Rode 10 mi.
Dinner:
Had some friends over. Roasted a crown rack of venison. Oh Baby! Lots of salad.
And believe it or not did 10 mi.
My all time furthest / day.
Good Gawwwwd! Must be the Indian diet!
