I recently bought a BBB adjustable stem at about 35 euros. Dont know how good this make is, but the stem seemed to be the job.
Heres some info:
BHS-22 HighSix
Bar bore: 25.4mm.
Weight: 274 grams.
Extensions: 90, 110, 130mm.
BHS-23 HighSix OS
Bar bore: 31.8mm.
Weight: 282 grams.
Extensions: 90, 110, 125mm.
Special Features
Adjustable: 0 to 60 degrees. High angle for riding comfort and steering control. Low angle for speed and less wind resistance.
Superlight 6061 T6 alloy forged.
Comes in high-polished silver and sand-blasted black.
Steering tube: 28.6mm.
Angle: Adjustable 0 to 60 degrees.
For hybrid bikes.

Seems after trying two of the stems, no matter how much you tighten the adjustable part, the stem has movement in it. Design fault or bad batch who knows. Left me with a sore wrist, and back with my original stem....
