Mountain Biking - 26" to 29er conversion... I know it's been done before!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I've been thinking about this and have a rigid frame with plenty of clearance that I'd like to put some 29'er tires/wheels on (700c rim) and the only thing holding me up is the canti-bosses are about 3 cm (that's right, cm, not mm) too low.

I think I've found my solution - it's these Mavic caliper adjusters (link (http://www.mavic.com/ewb_pages/p/produit_accessoire_REHAUSSEURS_DE_TASSEAUX.php?gamme=asphalte))
http://www.mavic.com/e_img/chapitres/visu_produit_acc_rehausseurs_de_tasseaux.jpg
but I can't seem to find a place to buy them (well, I'm currently checking to see what LBS's carry mavic products and might be able to order them) but was wondering if anyone out there in the cyber-world could point me in the right direction.

Thanks!
