I've noticed probably 12 or so riders on the street this past week, and have no idea if they'd be on here. I might of talked to someone on here in person, and had no clue. Not everyone wears their TXBF jersey every day. :p

I'm in fort worth. I ride either the trinity trail or lake ridge parkway at Joe Pool lake. I ride with the Texas wheels - the fastest paceline in dfw - or with the Lone Star Randonneurs.

My racing/fast tour bike:

My commuting, touring, randonneuring bike is the red P-38 in the background here:

Most of the time I am on the magnificent Rocinante. She's an '83 Austro-Daimler mixte. I've put Rosie through the ringer and she always comes back for more.

Dapple is my shopper. With large baskets, front and back and a trailer hitch, I can haul 120+ pounds on this puppy. (Sorry. I don't have a picture of the full bike; it's an '86 Raleigh)

Special Ed is my Hardrock. Mainly for my geocaching exploits.

I built Freeride from the ground up, using only parts that I found in bike shop dumpsters and curbside trash. It's an '84 Miyata road frame, but I widened the forks to accommodate beach cruiser tires. This one is for Sunday rides around the neighborhood with my kids.

(edit) - Here's an older pic of me with my wife & kids. I don't have any of me on my bike.:(
And a newer image of me that I'm sure I will regret posting here...

Good idea... I still have a rotten time remembering names/faces until I see folks in person, though...

The Trek 1200 I usually ride (other bike is a charcoal Novara mountain bike, usually rolling on slicks)

More recent photo that looks more like I look... Trek 1200 (above) has pulled 40 pounds off the first photo...

Do you race at the Velodrome frequently? A teacher at my school is a big bike racer, I wonder if you know him.

I race every chance I get. I also workout at the 'Drome 1-2 times per week. What's the teacher's name? I'd probably know him if I see him...I'm bad with names.

Andrew Armstrong. He is leaving this year to be a full time racer. I think he is pretty good, and he goes to the Drome quite a bit.

Oh yeah...I know who he is. I've heard the talk of him going full time racer soon. He's awsome on the track!!! Actually one of the best!!! He is the one who conducted the velodrome class when I first got into track racing. I've never seen him on the road but I bet he is just as good, if not better.

Doggus, we are always riding around each other, as witnessed by these photos. Note my teammate, I think his name is Robert, is in both of our racing photos. :p

Normally I ride the A group Popcicle on Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesdays are generally solo. Saturday I ride the 9:10 or 9:05 at RBM Coit, which allows me to sleep in more than the OAS rides. Sundays I generally mountain bike with my dog, so he can get out of the house 1 day a week and I can try to maintain my lackluster bike handling skills. Maybe over the winter I will start riding with PBA so I can get some longer base miles in.

I believe we rode together on a PBA ride where we crossed lake Lavon, and you were riding a tandem along with another couple on a tandem. You guys put the hammer down and dropped all but 2-3 of the road bikes. I was one of those 2-3 that were able to hang on. That was a few months back.

Me, you, Kevin and whoever else wants to jump in ought to pick a group ride and ride together some weekend.
